President Obama at the National Prayer Breakfast. Catholics Won't Get Fooled Again
During the last Presidential campaign many Catholics were deluded by then Senator Barack Obama. His rhetoric uses language which sounds as though he agrees with Catholics on issues such as our obligation to the poor and the needy. His administration has acted in a manner which proves the opposite. The most egregious example is his failure to hear the cry of the children in the womb.

Doug Kmiec convinced many Catholics to elect President Barack Obama. After the election he received an appointment to an ambassadorship to Malta. He became a lightning rod in the Catholic community - and way beyond. I followed the news concerning Doug's resignation from his ambassadorship, his auto accident, his return to Pepperdine and his continued efforts to defend the current Administration. I prayed for him. However, I have not heard from him. That is until last weekend.
